Shipping / Delivery:
We at House of DK, lovingly package all your orders in a durable material to prevent wear and tear in transit. Our packing and logistics departments operate through the week leaving Sundays and Public Holidays. To ensure that your packages reach you in good condition and in time we only collaborate with reputed courier service providers.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Mumbai, India.
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our standard shipping takes around 12-14 business days for dispatch. However, we recommend you to refer to the delivery timelines given specifically alongside product information as per each product.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agent’s sites. Delivery will be attempted 2 times before the shipment is returned back. For any further delivery attempts, additional charges will be applicable. Please fill in complete address details to ensure hassle-free delivery.
Domestic Shipping
- We provide free shipping across the country for standard delivery on prepaid orders.
